In most cases faulty goods are obvious to us. Please be sure how the garment was washed, what detergents
and what heat settings were applied to it.
We would ask that you also consider how the garment was worn or used and how often the garment was worn.
(Was the fabric rested?).
If we are uncertain about the validity of a claim, the garment maybe sent back and assessed by the manufacturer
who was responsible for making the garments. We will accept the decision of the manufacturer.
If the goods are deemed as having an inherent fault we will pay for your return postage and either credit or
exchange the product.
