Does Kingsize big & tall ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

We do not deliver to forwarding addresses. You’ll have to wait until you have settled down in one place before dealing with us. Yes we can post to a PO Box, but this may take longer if your looking for air freight of your order.

How soon can i get my order and how much will it cost?
As quickly as humanely possible is the short answer. We have a small team of people in this department, when things get busy we "borrow” shop staff to help us out. Time delays can occur when we are required to transfer stock from other stores to fill the order.
We deliver to 170 countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.
We recommend you take out insurance with international packages.

Business addresses: if you are using a business address please ensure you include the business name.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We also use NZ Post (express post satchel bags) this product is capable of being tracked/traced but is not insured.

What packaging will my order will be shipped in?
Your order will be delivered to you in either an NZ Post express plastic satchel or a Courier express post satchel (paper). We try to wrap all goods in plastic protection. Sorry but we are unable to gift wrap your purchases. We don’t store Christmas or gift paper.

Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Kingsize Big & Tall to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. ATL (authority to leave). Requests are not insured.
Once the goods leave Kingsize they are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged parcel.

Do I need to sign for my order?
The short answer is no but only if you request at the time of the order an ATL (authority to leave). If you are not home the goods will be left at your door step.
If you have not requested or accepted an ATL and you are not home when the delivery person arrives then the goods will be taken to the nearest post office and stored.
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, if we have not dispatched the order. If we receive your request in time there will be no additional postage charges. Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an order once it has been posted (obviously!). If you would like all your items to be delivered together then you will have to tell us almost immediately.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. This email doesn’t confirm all the items are available. The initial confirmation is an automated email. There will be follow up at various stages of the picking/packing stages. Your card will be debited at time of order. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting my account followed by orders.

Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving it. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch, Kingsize Big & Tall is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or breakdowns, strikes etc by 3rd parties. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting my account followed by order status.
